Forward4Families LLP (F4F) is an innovative Independent Social Work Organisation that has been successfully providing high quality Family Group Conferences, Mediation and Independent Social Work Assessment Services to Local Authorities for in excess of 17 years. Our well-established Family Group Conference model, has allowed us to extend FGC services within Private Law Proceedings and Adult Services. In addition to this, we also provide training for Social Workers, Managers and Solicitors on the methodology and model.

Our enthusiasm, professional expertise and commitment to family decision-making has progressed the organisation in terms of our reputation, growth and the excellent relationships which have developed between Forward4Families and Local Authorities and other stakeholders.

Forward4Families recognise that the cornerstone of enabling children and vulnerable adults to be safely cared for within their family is collaborative working practices between professionals and members of the family network.

Recognising the inherent and ever increasing challenges within Children and Families social work practice and management, Forward4Families also provide highly effective Mentoring, Coaching and Consultancy to Practitioners and Managers.
